Last weekend, I had the chance to "getaway" for a girl's weekend up in Park City. With Kate in the hospital, I kind of felt guilty for leaving for a whole weekend and debated whether or not I should go. With much encouragement from Bryan (he knows I need it for my sanity) I decided that I would go up for just one night.....and I'm so glad I did. It was so nice to be able to relax, talk and eat treats until we were sick. It was definitely worth it and felt rejuvenated afterwards. Thanks girls for a fabulous time!

I am so sorry for all that you have been going through lately. I haven't been doing much blogging lately, and so I had a lot of catching up on when I clicked on your site. Your strength and optimism amazes me, and you are such an example to all of us moms. I hope Kate continues to improve, and I will keep checking your site for updates. I'm glad you got away with the girls, to help lighten your spirits. Even the strongest of people can only take so much. I'm sure it was well deserved. Hang in there. You are in my prayers! Hi Marcae. I didn't realize your Kate was going through this sick spell. I'm glad things are looking up for her! You shouldn't feel one bit guilty about taking a break. You and Bryan are great parents and we are also excited about your 2nd little one that's on the way!

We just got your parents Christmas card and heard about your blog. What cute pictures. You guys are amazing. I am impressed by your huge smiles in every picture. We are not far from the hospital so if you ever need to come crash here or anything you are more than welcome to. We will keep your sweet family in our prayers. so glad you got a break!

Wow where do i begin. Sorry i am the same as angie I have done much blogging. I know you know that everyone has you in their prayers. I think the unknown is sometimes the hardest to endure. You see the end of the beginning of the course you have set out on. Thank you for you advice on the savior and not getting caught up in commercialization of Christmas. Seriously I am so gretful for my trials becasue they bring me the greatest blessings. I think. haha. I love you marcae, you look so happy with the girls, wish i was in the picture.
